hooray!!

I finished all of my assignments that were due last week!! I am all caught up and it feels really good. Now I am going to start assignments that are due this week so that I won't get behind. Plus I have some test so I want to have plenty of time to prepare for them. It is still so hard to believe that I am done with this semester on May 7th. But I am really ready for it. I have been really thinking about the future lately and I am still trying to decide what exactly I want to do with my life. Ever since I graduated and left for college things didn't go as I had planned so it has been a little hard for me. I just keep praying that God will show me his plan and that it would happen soon.

On another note, my dad got his MRI results back and it showed that he did tear his meniscus. The doctor is supposed to call him today and refer him to another doctor that will do the surgery. Please keep him in your prayers.

busy, busy, busy...

I have been sooooo busy lately. This week has been full of assignments so I have been a little stressed and extremely tired. I have at least two assignments due in every one of my classes. I am trying to get it all done because I might be going out of town this weekend. I am just so ready for school to be over with this semester. I am still trying to figure out if I want to do summer school or not. I think I should but I don't know yet. Well I don't really have anything else to say. I am just trying to get through this week.

Update on my dad: He went to his doctor on Monday and scheduled an MRI for this Friday. Once he gets the results from the MRI then the doctor will determine about surgery. Please continue to pray for him.

Well early this morning around 3:30am I woke up to the storm and the sound of dripping water. After some investigation, I then discovered that water was dripping on my tv. So I had to move my tv and stand. It was not a fun task at all. Luckily I went back to sleep with no problems. When I got up for work around 6:00am I not only had to move my tv again, but I also had to empty half of my closet on to my bed. Kristin told me the maintenance people are supposed to come today and they might have to have access to the attic which is located in my closet. Hopefully they will take care of my leak too. It has been a crazy start to my day. On a good note I am taking the day off tomorrow and my little sister is coming over to stay with me tonight. I am excited about getting to spend that time with her and I know that we will have fun.

On Friday my dad went to his chiropractor and my dad found out that he probably tore his meniscus. Today my dad will go to visit his doctor and set up an MRI. He has a lot of painting jobs going on right now and this is the last thing he needs. I also know that he must be in a lot of pain for my dad to actually go to the doctor. He will probably have to have surgery and I know he will worry about it because of needing to take the time off work. Please keep him in your prayers.

time flys

So I am in shock that it is already April...where did the time go? I cannot believe that my third year of college is almost over...ahhh. I have so much to do and I feel like there is not enough time in my day to do everything. I am a list making kind of person and I make "to do" list all the time. Well lately I have been feeling like that list is not getting shorter at all. I really just need to take a day for me so I can work on it and feel like I have accomplished something. I am not excited about the next two months. I know that they are going to be busy and I am going to have to make some major decisions. I think I have a general idea of what God's plan is for me, but I am praying that it becomes clearer soon.
